Princess Beatrice and Eugenie have been seen at the royals' annual Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace - despite dad Prince Andrew being absent from the family event

The pair are reportedly planning to spend Christmas Day together at Royal Lodge, their shared home in Windsor Great Park, Berkshire. According to a statement from his office, he cut ties as soon as concerns were raised and added that Prince Andrew met the individual through official channels” and “nothing of a sensitive nature ever discussed”.
