Princess Charlotte uses a different name at her school to appear more 'normal'

Princess Charlotte has been back at school for the start of term, where she's known by a different name to the one she uses when out and about with her famous family

Deviating from her formal title, he tenderly called out "Mignonette", which charmingly means "small, sweet, and delicate" or simply "cute" in French. This sweet fact came to light when Kate chatted with a mother named Laura-Ann and her young son during a 2019 Royal visit to Northern Ireland. Recounting their interaction on Instagram, Laura-Ann revealed the Duchess's casual reference to Princess Charlotte: "She asked how old Bertie is, and I said he is four and she said, 'Oh, he's the same age as Lottie.'
