As you’ll recall, the 42-year-old Princess of Wales was hospitalized at The London Clinic last Tuesday, and had what Kensington Palace later referred to as “planned abdominal surgery.” By all accounts, the surgery went well, and she began her recovery in earnest. For Christmas and then after, the family enjoyed time together with relatives and pals that included outings at their country home Anmer Hall, as well as jaunts around the Norfolk countryside. Her parents Carole and Michael are nearby, and siblings Pippa and James are just “a short car ride away,” in addition to Prince William and all of the support from his famous fam.
