Princess Beatrice's surprising yearly salary was once revealed by hackers attacking Sony Pictures, who the royal worked for when starting out her career in the industry
At the time the royal worked for the company, it was targeted by hackers who exposed employees' salary details - including Beatrice's. The hackers, who identify themselves as Guardians of Peace, sent her salary details and her Windsor, Berkshire address directly to US media outlets. It is believed that North Korean hackers were behind the security breach in retaliation for a film, The Interview, featuring James Franco and Seth Rogen, which ridiculed the country's leader Kim Jong-un.
