Princess Beatrice broke special family tradition when she welcomed daughter Sienna
Princess Beatrice's daughter, Sienna Mapelli Mozzi, is celebrating her third birthday - but just how did her name go against a sweet tradition Sarah, Duchess of York began?
The late Queen's great-granddaughter and 10th in line to the throne was born in 2021 at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London and was named Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi by her proud parents. Edoardo also has a son Christopher Woolf 'Wolfie' from his previous relationship with architect Dara Huang - meaning 35-year-old Beatrice is his stepmum. And while Sienna is a beautiful name, some thought the couple would choose to follow a family trend that Sarah, Duchess of York started and Princess Eugenie carried on with her two sons, August and Ernest.
