Prince William has sent a message of support to his favourite football team Aston Villa ahead of their Champions League clash with Young Boys in Switzerland

Prince William, a lifelong Aston Villa fan, took to social media to cheer on his favourite football team ahead of their triumphant 3-0 win against Swiss side Young Boys in the European competition. In addition to celebrating the victory, Prince William also paid tribute to former Villa player Gary Shaw, who sadly passed away at the age of 63. Meanwhile, in July, Prince William couldn't hide his excitement over Aston Villa ace Ollie Watkins' heroics, as the footballer's last-gasp goal against the Netherlands sent England soaring into the Euro 2024 final.
