Prince William has opened up on 'the hardest year of his life' in which both his wife, Kate Middleton, and father, King Charles, were diagnosed with cancer
When asked how his year had been after a difficult time for all the family during his visit to South Africa, Prince William said: "It's been dreadful. So, trying to get through everything else and keep everything on track has been really difficult.” In a video message in September, Kate revealed she had finished her chemotherapy treatment, and King Charles has now returned back to public duties.
