Prince William and Kate's hidden holiday home they love to escape to

Following the Prince of Wales' visit to Cornwall, he revealed he may return later this year with his family - but where do they stay when they are in the area?

On his most recent visit to Cornwall, William delighted the crowds as he spoke about his children and gave an encouraging update on the Princess of Wales, saying: “She's doing well, thanks." While William has access to a number of Duchy properties for his trips to the area, Tamarisk House is thought to be a favourite and is located on Tresco Island in the Isles of Scilly, just off the coast of Cornwall. Previously a home of the King during his tenure as Prince of Wales, a number of tamarisk trees were grown to hide parts of the house from view to protect the royals' privacy.
