William has been seen as a significant barrier to Harry reuniting with Prince Charles, but Camilla suggests the heir's stance has cooled, though this change in attitude is unlikely to lead to a reunion any time soon. Recently, William called on world leaders to "think big" in order to protect the oceans, during a speech in Monaco after meeting French President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday.
