Prince William & Kate Middleton To Skip BAFTA Awards
Prince William and Kate Middleton are not expected to attend the 2025 British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA).
Although the royal couple will not be in person, Prince William is expected to pre-record an appearance, which will be showcased at the star-studded event on Sunday night. Doctor Who alum David Tennant is set to host the BAFTAs, marking the second consecutive year he has taken on the task. In the Best Director category, the following filmmakers are nominated: Jacques Audiard ( Emilia Pérez), Sean Baker ( Anora), Edward Berger ( Conclave), Brady Corbet ( The Brutalist), Coralie Fargeat ( The Substance), and Denis Villeneuve ( Dune: Part Two).
