William's future was prescribed from birth, being an heir to the throne, whereas Harry's life has been less certain as the spare - a term which became famous as the title of his tell-all 2023 memoir. Interestingly, their late mother Diana, Princess of Wales believed that Harry would make a better king, according to a Royal expert. In Spare, which came out just months after Queen Elizabeth II passed away, Harry claimed that William physically attacked him and pushed him into a dog bowl during a disagreement over Meghan.
