Prince Harry's 'personal message' to King Charles with 'hope' for reconciliation
Prince Harry has been on a whirlwind tour of the world - without Meghan Markle - and a former royal butler believes he has been sending a message to his father King Charles
Speaking on behalf of Slingo, former royal butler Grand Harold has suggested that the Prince's obvious focus on charitable causes could be a tribute to his late mum, Princess Diana, and also a subtle message to his father, the King. Other solo visits by the younger royal sibling included a New York trip for the Clinton Global Initiative and an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. In January 2022, King Charles (then the Prince of Wales) wrote an essay for American title Newsweek in which he spoke of his "pride" at Harry's efforts to highlight climate change.
