Prince Harry texted Prince William hours before Queen's death – but 'never heard back'

Prince Harry texted Prince William in the days before the Queen died, but never got a response from his brother, according to a new book by a royal author

The Duke of Sussex and wife Meghan Markle were in London when King Charles, then still a prince, called his youngest son to inform him that Queen Elizabeth II was unwell. Royal author Craig Brown writes in his book Voyage Around the Queen that Charles told Harry "Granny's health has taken a turn". The memo, written by Sir Edward Young, the Queen's most senior staff member, is now stored in the Royal Archives.
