On Monday, a judge rejected the 39-year-old’s request to appeal an earlier ruling that upheld the government’s decision to restrict his access to publicly funded security after stepping away from his role as a working royal. As Perezcious readers know, in February, High Court judge Sir Peter Lane sided with the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (RAVEC). He denied that Meghan Markle ‘s husband had been “singled out” or treated “less favorably” (as his legal team argued) when RAVEC came to their original 2020 decision, in which they decided to grant Harry security on a case-by-case scenario rather than under any circumstance.
