The Duke contested the Home Office's February 2020 decision that he should receive a different level of protection when he returned to the UK after stepping back from his Royal duties, reports the Express. It's worth noting that Harry and Meghan have been noticeably absent from the Royal Family's Christmas gathering at Sandringham since 2018 and were also excluded from the Firm's recent "summer summit" at Balmoral. Reports suggest that Prince Harry paid a visit to Althorp House - the ancestral home of the Spencer family and the final resting place of his late mother - during his recent trip to the UK.
