Prime Video Pic On Germany’s Elevator Boys Enters Production
Prime Video's film about German band Elevator Boys has entered production.
Per the synopsis: “Since childhood, five best friends – Matteo (Julien), Jonas (Tim), Chris (Luis), Ben (Jacob), and Oliver (Bene) – have dreamed of making it as a boy band. Dramatic films about boy bands variously pop up, with the unconventional Robbie Williams biopic Better Man and Take That-inspired Greatest Days two examples from recent years. Germany is, of course, the home of Prime Video’s most successful international TV series, Maxton Hall – The World Between Us, which we earlier this month revealed would launch at the end of this year, delaying the wait for its fervored fanbase.
