Prime Video Acquires Worldwide Streaming Rights To Trio Of Sustainability Feature Documentaries ‘Groundswell,’ ‘Common Ground’ And ‘Kiss The Ground’
Prime Video has acquired the worldwide streaming rights to a trio of documentaries about sustainability, each from the same pair of filmmakers.
NASA and NOAA footage as well as graphics paint soil as the missing puzzle piece to climate change. It also highlights white, black, and indigenous farmers who are using alternative “regenerative” models of agriculture that could balance the climate, save our health, and stabilize America’s economy. Under their Big Picture Ranch Banner, the Tickells’ titles include: The Big Fix, (2011), an Official Selection of the Cannes Film Festival, Pump(2014), narrated by Jason Bateman, Good Fortune(2019), the John Paul DeJoria story, The Revolution Generation(2019), narrated by Michelle Rodriguez, The Earthing Movie (2020), which documents their family’s journey to wellness, and their scripted debut, On SacredGround(STARZ 2023), about the Standing Rock Oil Pipeline protest.
