The pregnant former WAG, 34, and the footy star, 24, finally went Instagram official with their romance last week after keeping their budding romance very private.
In the snap, Madison sweetly caressed Sophie's growing baby bump as they joined an array of their family and friends to celebrate the unborn child's upcoming arrival. Sophie didn't tag Madison in the post or comment on their relationship as she continued to keep things low-key before officially debuting their romance online on Monday. In July, Sophie then confirmed she was due to expand her family as she told how she was pregnant with her third child and would be a single mother after undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) with a sperm donor.
