Woods, currently pregnant with the couple's first child, was put through her paces by personal trainer Collard during a gruelling workout session.
The presenter, 37, best known for her football punditry on ITV, and, more recently, TNT Sports, revealed her growing baby bump in a tight black lycra co-ord as her fiancé guided her through a series of pregnancy-friendly disciplines. The couple were also joined by Woods' French bulldog, Lulu, with Collard later playing her unlikely presence for laughs after sharing a clip of the work-out with Instagram followers.
