Pregnant 'Vanderpump Rules' star Lala Kent revealed the sex of her second baby after conceiving through intrauterine insemination

Brittany Cartwright, Lala Kent and more Vanderpump Rules stars have hosted playdates with their costars’ kids since becoming parents.
