"The past few weeks have been 🐣✨🤍🌴😴💤🌸🌸🌅🥹🥹🥹🥹," she captioned the Instagram carousel, which showed the mom-to-be in different looks as she enjoyed her getaway with husband Justin Bieber. Shortly after the couple shared that they are expecting their first baby together, Hailey’s rep confirmed to PEOPLE that the model is just over six months pregnant.
