The pregnant Real Housewives of New York City star, 37, chatted with PEOPLE at Bravo Fan Fest in Miami, where she revealed that her three kids — sons Levi, 9, Elijah, 4, and daughter Layla, 7 — "begged" her and husband Abe for another sibling. she joked, telling PEOPLE, "Work and life have been so busy that I haven’t really had a chance to even think about how it’ll change things, but I think it will be pretty seamless to be honest. As for how the mom of three discovered she was expecting again, Lichy shared, "I was out East with Abe and some friends when I suddenly became super sensitive to smells around me.
