Pregnant Emily Atack reveals the gender of her baby and hints at her due date as she prepares to become a mother for the first time
The TV personality, 34, is expecting her first child with Alistair, who is also a step-cousin she grew up with.
She then admitted that while she didn't plan on revealing anything, she confirmed that she was expecting a boy as she opened up on her hopes for his future being improved by the campaign. This means consent has to be clear communication of willingness, rather that the absence of a 'no', and can be withdrawn at any time and not be gained by threats, force or coercion. It is hoped that the change will mean there is less onus on the victim to prove they did not consent, than on the accused, and increase the shockingly low rape conviction numbers in the UK - which was only 2 per cent from 2021 to 2022.
