In another story, Charlotte showed her mother Tracey Dawson, who was at her side at the hospital, while her fiancé Matthew no doubt stayed home with the couple's sons Noah and Jude. Showing off her burgeoning bare bump in leopard print pyjamas, Charlotte turned to the side and added: 'Yeah, I'm still here guys and I can't wait to get my tan on, because I need it!'
