The 43-year-old’s video includes a clip of the Grammy winner showing off her chic maternity look, accompanied by her own song “Sweet Baby.” The duo quickly made eye contact and broke out into laughter — which led fans to speculate there may be baby news to share. Three months prior, Nelly, 49, confirmed during an appearance on the Boss Moves with Rasheeda show that the couple had rekindled their romance and were back together.
