Roxy, who has just reopened her public relations agency Sweaty Betty, had a rather bizarre solution for fans amid Sydney's commuter chaos late last year. But now the entrepreneur is paying the price of the bold campaign as she's been slapped with a hefty fine for painting a set of concrete bollards pink without a permit, reported Confidential on Sunday.
