The lyrics of the track found Malone addressing his daughter’s potential future partner as he predicted the heartbreak he will feel “when I walk her down that aisle and do what daddies have to do.” At the beginning of the clip, he joked that “we’ve got a long time to go” before his daughter’s wedding, adding that the song was still “fresh” to him so he hoped he didn’t “f— it up” on stage.
