Val Kilmer's image as Batman now resides in a lunar museum, part of a curated project aboard the Lunar Lander Odysseus honoring his legacy

Space Blue — a global art, media and production house — confirmed earlier this month that Kilmer was one of several celebrities whose artifacts made it to the moon. One of Val Kilmer’s final social media posts featured the late actor dressed up as Batman. The late actor posted a series of photos and videos via Instagram on February 23, which appeared to be an homage to the DC Comics character he played in 1995.
