Pope Leo XIV, the first pope from North America, has a surprising connection to a number of Hollywood's most beloved stars, including none other than Madonna.

Gates added that through their Canadian ancestor, Louis Boucher de Grandpre, who was born in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, the pope is related to numerous Canadian-derived distant cousins.'
