Dan Wootton: Met Police has dropped investigation into suspended GB News anchor
London’s Metropolitan Police will take no further action against suspended GB News anchor Dan Wootton. The police had examined allegations that Wootton used fake online identities and offered money to others for explicit material of themselves. Via his lawyer, Wootton issued a statement saying that the allegations were “completely spurious – lies designed to destroy my career where complainants were actuated by malice”.
