Pip Edwards never misses a beach day if she can help it.

Moving your body for just 20 to 30 minutes each day is much more beneficial than working out for an hour once or twice a week,' founder Kirsten previously told Daily Mail Australia of her workouts. 'This is what I practice personally between juggling work and home - I've found that as long as I get 20 minutes a day in, I can keep my body in good condition and functioning well.' A typical day on her plate is boiled eggs and Tabasco sauce for breakfast with a skim mocha, before soup or salad with another coffee at lunchtime.
