Pink stops show as pregnant fan goes into LABOR at her concert in Australia: 'You're gonna do great!'
Grammy-winning singer Pink briefly stopped her concert to share some sweet words of encouragement to a fan, who went into labor during her latest show in Australia.
Mercer, who was 31-weeks pregnant at the time, traveled all the way from Albany, New York, with family members to attend Pink's Summer Carnival Tour stop in Boston, according to a lengthy statement, released on August 9th by Brigham and Women's Hospital on its Facebook page. After consulting with her doctors over the phone, Angela, along with her mother and sister-in-law, immediately departed from Fenway Park (the home baseball arena of the MLB team The Boston Red Sox) to go to the hospital.
