The proud mom posted a picture of her smiling boy sitting at a restaurant table with a candle-lit dessert before getting sentimental in her caption. Hart, 49, shared an incredible video of the moment, where "Jamo" could be seen playing "We Will Rock You" by Queen alongside Pink's drummer Brian Frasier-Moore.
