Pink and Carey Hart are celebrating 18 years of marriage. Hart wrote a touching tribute to his pop star wife in honor of the occasion, while Pink's emotional post revealed the last year has been tough.

In honor of the occasion, the former professional motorcyclist, 48, posted a touching tribute to the "All Out of Fight" singer, 44, on Sunday, reflecting on all of the life adventures they've packed into their more than two decades as a couple. Like her husband, the pop star shared a handful of nostalgic shots on on Instagram, including some of the two cozying up to one another in the early days of their relationship, a photo from their wedding and several more recent, romantic images. In 2021, as the couple celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary, Pink told PEOPLE one of the secrets to their marriage was that they had evolved and "grown up together" while carving out their own identities as individuals.
