Pierce Brosnan Shares the Joy of Acting with Sons Dylan and Paris in Their First Movie: It Was 'a Gift' (Exclusive)

Pierce Brosnan's new Western 'The Unholy Trinity' also marks big screen acting debuts for his youngest sons Dylan, 28, and Paris, 24. "I think has its own beautiful emotion," Pierce, a father of five, tells PEOPLE, when asked what it means to share scenes with his two youngest children.

When asked what it meant to share scenes with his sons after so many years of bringing them to movie sets, the former James Bond star praised the "beautiful emotion" of the experience. "We always stayed together tight as a family unit during the days of James Bond, and now of course, as they're older, here to be able to make movies with Dad," Pierce says of Dylan and Paris. Prior to appearing in the Western, both had acting and writing credits in separate short films, but as Paris tells PEOPLE, he was not entirely sure about pursuing movie-making as a profession in the past.
