The daughter of Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor, Phoebe shot to fame in December 2020 when she appeared as the co-lead of the first season of Bridgerton. The yet-to-be-named feature is being produced by Adam McKay and Kevin Messick's company HyperObject Industries, who are known for Don't Look Up, The Big Short and popular drama series Succession. The film will be directed by writer Tommy Wirkola, whose previous credits include schlock horror flick Dead Snow and Jeremy Renner thriller Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters.
