Phoebe Burgess is preparing to offload the sprawling rural property she bought following her split with ex-husband Sam.

Phoebe purchased the property, in the NSW Southern Highlands, back in 2021 for $1.7 million following her bitter and public split with her footy star ex, Sam Taking to Instagram last month Lucy shared the news by showing off her growing baby bump in a series of photos from the couple's holiday in Capri. They had initially separated in December 2018 - shortly after the birth of their son, Billy - but reconciled in April, only to end things for good six months later.
