Phillip Schofield rules out launching TV comeback saying he 'doesn't want to do it anymore'

Phillip Schofield has ruled out a TV comeback in his latest documentary on Channel 5 as he slams the industry and the people he worked with during his 30 years on screen

During a heartfelt moment on his new show, Cast Away, the former This Morning host spoke candidly about his future and reflected on his past career highs and lows, saying: "You expect your life to follow a path? He later referred to his trip as "the last challenge" and clarified his stance on returning to familiar TV roles saying that while he loves working in telly, he won't go backwards. He began a fireside chat by reminiscing about his early days at the BBC as a booking clerk at 19, when he first visited Television Centre, where ITV's This Morning was later filmed.
