The disgraced broadcaster is appearing on Channel 5's Cast Away in which he spends 10 days stranded on an uninhabited island off Madagascar without food, water or a production crew. The previously beloved TV presenter shocked fans last week when he revealed he would soon be making a return to screens 16 months after an 'unwise but not illegal' affair scandal with a younger male colleague ended his career.
