Peyton Manning’s Omaha Productions Inks First-Look Deal With 20th Television
20th Television has closed a first-look deal with Peyton Manning's Omaha Productions for scripted comedy, drama, adult animation and limited series.
In it, when bad behavior nukes hotshot QB Russ Holliday’s (Powell) college career, he disguises himself and walks onto a struggling Southern football team as the talented, affable Chad Powers. At the Disney sports network and its streaming offshoot ESPN+, the company also has been producing alternative telecasts around the NBA, college football, PGA Golf, F1, and the UFC; the Place franchise, hosted by Eli Manning, Abby Wambach, Vince Carter, P.K. In general entertainment, Omaha has been behind Hulu’s It’s All Country with Luke Bryan and its upcoming Andrew Santino’s comedy special as well as ABC’s game show The Final Straw and its CMA Awards telecasts.
