Peter Frampton, Patty Smyth to play City Parks Foundation benefit honoring John McEnroe and Patrick McEnroe.

Smyth will perform with a house band led by Steve Jordan, a veteran musical director and the touring drummer for the Rolling Stones. Upon learning of his impending Rock Hall induction back in April, Frampton told Billboard he was “blown away,” adding, “It’s an honor people regard me in this way.” CPF presents free arts and cultural programs in NYC parks throughout the year and helps make the city’s green spaces accessible for all people.
