Dad of five Peter Andre has shared some all-important words of wisdom for new contestants on how to really survive the I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! jungle

Now, as the show is set to air this month with all-star line-up, the 51 year old singer has issued some very important advice for new contestants - and it's all to do with food and hunger. Peter - who is dad to Junior, Princess, Amelia, Theo and Arabella- said: "It’s that time of year again when I’m A Celeb is getting ready to hit our screens. It’s an interesting move as, according to a source, ITV bosses have been ‘desperate’ to bag Coleen for the show, which is filmed Down Under, for a long time - and she’s always turned it down.
