The Peloton instructor, known for her infectious personality and coining the optimistic mantra of BYOE (bring your own energy), recently caught up with PEOPLE about life as a first-time mom after welcoming her son Cash with husband Chris Howell in March 2024. Gullickson, who also chatted about her partnership with GUND on their "Forever Friends" collection, says she's started to "get into a bit of a groove" as a new mom and has learned "not to stress about things and take problems as they come." "It's so exciting because we're not only celebrating friendships in all its forms, human and plush, but we're getting to share that nostalgic joy that GUND has brought so many of us over the years."
