Peacock’s ‘The Miniature Wife’ Casts Aasif Mandvi, Rong Fu & Tricia Black
Peacock's 'The Miniature Wife' has added Aasif Mandvi, Rong Fu and Tricia Black to its cast led by Elizabeth Banks and Matthew Macfadyen.
EXCLUSIVE: Aasif Mandvi ( Evil, The Daily Show), Rong Fu ( Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Hello (Again)) and Tricia Black ( Small Achievable Goals, Pretty Hard Cases) have joined Peacock ’s upcoming comedy, The Miniature Wife, in recurring roles. Series regulars also include O-T Fagbenle, Zoe Lister-Jones, Sian Clifford with Sofia Rosinsky and Ronny Chieng serving in recurring roles in the series created and executive produced by Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner ( Boardwalk Empire, Goliath), who also serve as showrunners. Based on the short story written by Manuel Gonzalez, The Miniature Wife is a high-concept marital comedy examining the power (im)balances between spouses Lindy (Banks) and Les (Macfadyen) after a technological accident induces the ultimate relationship crisis.
