Peacock Crime Thriller Series ‘M.I.A.’ Casts Shannon Gisela, Brittany Adebumola, Dylan Jackson
The upcoming Peacock crime thriller series "M.I.A." has added three series regulars, Variety has learned.
Shannon Gisela (“Chasers”), Brittany Adebumola (“The Other Black Girl,” “4400”) and Dylan Jackson (“City on Fire,” “Godfather of Harlem”) are all set to star in the series, which was originally picked up back in August 2024 with a straight-to-series order. Stefano Sollima was previously attached to direct but had to exit the series due to a scheduling conflict, according to an individual with knowledge of the matter. In addition to “M.I.A.,” the independent studio also produces the critically-acclaimed series “Poker Face” starring Natasha Lyonne.
