Paul Giamatti To Star In ‘Hostel’ TV Series From Eli Roth
Hostel is in the works for the small screen. Paul Giamatti is attached to star in a television series based on Eli Roth's horror franchise.
The show is currently in development and does not yet have a network or streamer attached, but it’s described as an “elevated thriller with Roth’s trademark kills” and a modern reinvention of the horror franchise. The original film franchise, first released in 2006, followed three backpackers headed to a Slovak city that promised to meet their hedonistic expectations, with no idea of the hell that awaited them. Upcoming, Roth will release the film adaptation of the hit video game Borderlands, starring Cate Blanchett, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Jamie Lee Curtis.
