Patti Yasutake, 'Beef' and 'Star Trek' Actress, Dead at 70

Patti Yasutake died at age 70 on Aug. 5 following a battle with cancer.

Yasutake's manager, Kyle Fritz, confirmed the news to Variety, saying, "Patti was my first client when I began over 30 years ago. Actress Patti Yasutake arrives at 'Star Trek: The Tour' opening night gala at the Queen Mary Dome on Jan. 17, 2008, in Long Beach, California. She also worked with other companies, including Los Angeles Theatre Center, South Coast Repertory, The Westwood Playhouse, and more.
