The video surfaced on Tuesday, May 27, and appears to depict Diggs, 31, interacting with several bikini-clad women as he flashes an unidentified pink substance. The four-time Pro Bowler is believed to be dating rapper Cardi B, who does not appear in the video but is present in another, seemingly taken on the same boat. The pair sat courtside and didn’t hide their affection for one another, walking into the arena holding hands and packing on the PDA throughout the game.
