Patrick Mahomes Says ‘Goodnight' to Son Bronze During Chiefs Buccs Game: ‘I’ll Try to Score You a Touchdown’

Patrick Mahomes shared a 'goodnight' message to his 23-month-old son Bronze on ESPN during his team’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Nov. 4 — nearly a month after he told his daughter Sterling to 'go to bed' during a different game.

It appeared that he lived up to his words after helping his team defeat the Buccaneers 30-24 in overtime at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Miss, and making them advance to a perfect 8-0 run. "If they take the ball from daddy and score a touchdown by theirselves, that means they're so rude [sic]," replied Sterling, who appeared ready for bed in a pair of fire truck pajamas. For the night out, Patrick wore a gray hoodie and sweats, as Bronze matched him in a crewneck-and-sweatpants combo, both of which featured illustrations of sporting equipment such as basketballs and hockey pucks for the Blue Valley West High School game.
