It’s difficult to separate Patrick from ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ but the silver fox has done a lot of other work in Hollywood — most notably the Disney film Enchanted and its sequel, Disenchanted. Patrick married celebrity makeup artist Jillian in 1999, and they have since welcomed a daughter, Tallula (2002) and twin sons Sullivan and Darby (2007).
